Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

To assist the Director of Operations with special projects, billing and reporting, workflow processes, administrative support and front desk duties from 3:30 to 5:00 pm.

  • Maintain clear communication channels to the students, employees and parents
  • Be able to manage the flow of paperwork in an orderly manner

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a task list according to daily, weekly, monthly, annual and cyclical patterns.
  • Provide administrative support to facilities and operations
  • Assist, coordinate and lead special projects for Operations and ensure projects are kept to a schedule
  • Coordinate transportation needs for the school
  • Ensure work orders are properly processed, assigned and completed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for processing billings and developing reports for the Director of Operations
  • Responsible for front desk hospitality after normal school hours and as the primary substitute for the front desk
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

 

COORDINATION OF WORK

Weekly meeting with the Director of Operations, and whenever deemed necessary.

 

EVALUATION

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, you will be given periodic checks on work performance and assessment in accordance with your Job Description.

 

 

Experience and Skills:

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Clear understanding of the mission of Regents
  • Ability to work directly in a team and promote interdependence on the team.
  • Navigate through Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage several software packages associated with job duties
  • Lifestyle and convictions clearly demonstrate a Christian worldview
  • Outstanding ability to communicate verbally and in writing 
  • Confidence to meet the challenges in an educational environment
  • Ability to address new challenges with creativity and decorum
  • Ability to build relationships with a high competency for interpersonal skills
  • Ability to strengthen the goals of the school and implement the procedures
