Job Description:

Residency Program

Are you an educator looking for something different? Something deeper? Are you interested in seeing what virtuous education might look like? Do you want to be trained in this type of education?

If so, you're exactly why we've started the Residency at Regents teacher's formation program. We want to help make education true, good, and beautiful by training educators to know, experience, and reflect the One who is True, Good, and Beautiful in life and in the classroom.

We want to transform the future of classical Christian education by transforming future classical Christian educators—like you.

So, if this sounds like you, then join us for an in-depth exploration and experience of classical Christian education where you will join a community of lifelong learners, see every aspect of Regents School of Austin, and simultaneously be mentored and discipled by our Legacy teachers every step of the way. Start your application today!

The Residency at Regents is an 8-month embedded and incarnational discipleship program for future classical Christian educators seeking to experience and implement theological, pedagogical, spiritual, and cultural transformation personally and vocationally.

We aim to help our Residents center their faith on Christ and connect this faith to their minds, hearts, and wills while also equipping them to live this faith out in and for their classrooms, communities, and culture.

Email our Director of Residency, Ryan Lister, at rlister@regentsaustin.org for more information.
